Profile
Most of my work sits where business operations get complicated: parcel apps and internal tools at Kerry Express, then loyalty, streaming and e-commerce products at LOMR. Several of them are live and used every day.
I like owning the whole process: talking to users, shaping the structure, building the design system and handing off something developers can use straight away. Lately I also use AI to turn designs into working prototypes and to check the dev build against them.

- Lead end-to-end UX/UI as the only designer across enterprise and consumer products, from proof of concept to launch.
- Shape new products from the POC stage: requirements, user journeys, sitemaps and UI for both front end and back office, aligned with every stakeholder.
- Build reusable themes and component libraries, including a white-label system that lets each brand restyle the product with its own color, logo and member card.
- Started using AI in my workflow: Claude Code builds working prototypes from Figma, Vercel shares them with the team, GitHub hands the code to developers, and AI helps with visual QA on the dev build.

- Cordy Loyalty Program: a white-label loyalty platform for points, rewards, coupons and missions on LINE, live today as Charmiss Club
- Reelike: a short-drama streaming app taken from POC to launch, rated 4.7 on the App Store and Google Play with 10K+ downloads
- Charmiss E-commerce: a storefront and admin built with AI in seven weeks, handed over through GitHub and used as the QA reference for the dev team
